Power Wash
Our service for Parking Lot Pressure Wash includes the following,
We first power sweep entire underground parking, we then pre-soak underground parking. After that our team power brush entire underground parking and finally the entire underground parking is rinsed & vacuum dry.
The chemical we use to remove stains is a Commercial application concentrated formula that is metal safe. This formula is used to:
- Strip away animal fats, vegetable oils, grime, carbonized deposits.
- Removes petroleum, synthetic grease, synthetic oils,
- Deodorizes pet urine and feces
- Does not affect concrete or asphalt
- Leaves no residue
- Pet safe
- Safe for use on commercial equipment where oil and grease removal are a must
- Does not deteriorate car tires
- Safe to use around aluminum
Window cleaning
Our service for window cleaning includes the following,
Done both in stage and chair depending on building ability We clean and sanitize using commercial grade detergent and water all the exterior windows without entering any tenant unit.
They will be thoroughly rinsed, and all excess water will be removed from the bottom of the edges of the exterior window frames. We clean all outer railing, balcony glass including ground floor windows, only the windows inaccessible to the residents are serviced.

Kitchen stack:
Our service for kitchen stack cleaning includes the following,
We set up, snake and power flush kitchen stacks. A K9 or maxi miller chain machine is used to remove all grease and debris from plumbing stack out to the main. Then the drain is power flush out to the city sanitary main. Our team ensures all scrap and debris are removed and disposed off site.

Kitchen stack cleaning
Kitchen stack is where waste and water is collected from kitchen sink drain and flushes down to the main city’s line. This stack in high rise buildings runs from the top to the bottom of the building and building have a shared main sewer line. Due to improper disposal these stacks can get clogged and backed up which can create issues. Some ting can lead to these buildups are grease, food, cleaning products, and more.

Our service for fan coil cleaning includes the following,

- Inspect electrical area (wiring and controls)
- Check blower housing, motor bearing

- Record and submit deficiency report upon completion of service
- All technicians will be in proper uniform including shoe covering and PPE when required
Painting
We provide commercial and residential painting services for interior and exterior needs. We ensure the
best quality service to make sure we do not leave until you are satisfied. When painting interior spaces, we make sur to cover fixtures and valuable items with high density painter’s plastic. We use double protection to prevent any damage from scratches, sanding dust, and paint spatter by using red rosin paper then a canvas drop sheet. We then sand the walls and decide if priming is needed. Colour paint is applied with a standard two coats and more if needed. We dot leave until everything is clean and we do a walk through with the client to ensure everything completed with satisfaction.
